Take I-81 south, this will turn into I-40. Do not take the Asheville turn...get off I-40 at exit 407, turn left at end of exit ramp. |

| On Rt.66 is a Wynns, you can get Tenn. Fishing Licenses here or at the Amoco on the way to the boat ramp. You can also get your Licenses online, there is a additional charge of 3.95 added to the 12.00 (3-day License) for processing. This may save you some time. You can print out a receipt on your computer that you can carry as your license. |

| Directions to the boat ramp: |
| From Rt 66 turn on to Rt. 338 (Douglas Dam Road) just past the Exxon. Go 4.2 miles you will see Boat Launch Road turn right. At this point you will see the Tackle Box on the right, they have lots of plastic. Go 1 mile on the Boat Launch Road, to boat ramp on the right. |

| Depending on the water levels, you need to watch your locator...at approx. 200-300 yards past the launch area is a big rock pile in the center of the lake. |
